School Photography – GotPhoto

For school photography services, client galleries are hosted using GotPhoto. Parents or guardians may be required to register an email address to access galleries, place orders, or receive information.

Email addresses collected through GotPhoto may be used to send bulk communications related to school photography, including gallery availability, ordering deadlines, reminders, and relevant service updates. These communications are sent via GotPhoto’s mailing system and are directly related to the photography services provided.

Only Orion Photography LTD has access to this data for operational and communication purposes. GotPhoto processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. Parents or guardians may unsubscribe from non-essential communications or request deletion of their data via Orion Photography LTD or directly through GotPhoto.

Events & Weddings – Pic-Time

For event and wedding photography, client galleries are hosted by Pic-Time. Email addresses may be collected to provide gallery access and to send notifications related to gallery availability, updates, and ordering.

SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY & CONSENT
